Spot Prawn season is something so unique to BC and only lasts for a short time.
The chefs will create a spot prawn boil, complete with seasonal sides, dipping sauces and more.
Chef Julian Bond began his career in the UK, before coming to Vancouver. His passion for food has been part of various restaurants and culinary education. He is a BC Restaurant Hall of Fame inductee.
Chef Robert Clark is known for his approach to local seafood, and co-founded the Ocean Wise Seafood Program. He was inducted into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame, named a SeaWeb Sustainable Seafood Champion as well as being honoured as a Member of the Order of Canada.
Chefs Bond and Clark, are co-founders of Arame, a sustainable culinary consultancy.
Most recently, these talented chefs have represented Canada at the Boston Seafood Show and at the Global Seafood Show in Barcelona.
We will be treated to a spot prawn demonstration, lively conversation and incredible tastes.
